Services Referral Form
GEMS provides a spectrum of continuous and comprehensive services to address the needs of commercially sexually exploited girls and young women. Commercial sexual exploitation is intrinsically linked to racism, poverty, gender–based violence, and the criminalization of youth. All these factors must be an integral part of any discussion, advocacy work, or direct service programming that involves sexual exploitation. All of GEMS programs are based on our philosophy that each girl and young woman we work with is worthy, deserving, and needs support and services to treat the trauma and violence she has experienced.
To refer your client to GEMS please fill out the form. Please DO NOT make this referral if client is unaware of referral and if she is unaware of the specific services that GEMS provides.
In order to complete the Housing Referral, please follow these steps:
Complete entire referral form in print or type. Attach additional paper if needed.
Email the completed referral to intake@gems-girls.org. You will be notified if referral is accepted or not. Staff will contact you regarding next steps and/or initial appointments.
